What I Can Promise You

Promises mean a lot to me, I have yet to get out of my pinky-promise phase, but I have also yet to break those promises. So here is what I can pinky-promise you, other than some great images:

+ I can promise to tell your story.

Maybe this comes from the journalist side of me or maybe this comes from the part of me that always secretly wanted my life to be documented like a sit-com show when I was little. Whichever is the case, I really do value the stories that each person holds and how those stories can be portrayed in a way that you love and feel is authentic. I want your photos to look like a guest took them. I want the photos to follow the timeline of your day and see the heartfelt moments that only someone like your grandmother might see if they were to be by your side the entire day.

+ I can promise to show up for you and your loved ones.

While my title is photographer, just know that I am also your certified hype-woman, dancing-queen, timeline-keeper, dress-fluffer, and anything else you need. However I am needed in that moment I am there to serve. In most cases that just means being receptive to your needs and what is important to capture. I value the honesty of capturing moments tastefully and in a way that you want to show your friends, family, and future generations for years to come. I’m there for you and everyone you care about.

+ I can promise to spread some beauty

While I want you to get some really great photos that will make your Instagram grid look incredible, ultimately you and I know that is not why you’re getting photos done. You’re getting photos for you. I got into photography because I really believe that beauty is important and innately in every moment around us. I view it as my job to shed some light on that beauty. The beauty of you and your loved one marrying each other, the beauty of your laughter with your family, the beauty the hard work you put into graduating, and everything in between.

With all that being said…..

I’d really be honored to meet you! Send me a message, I’d love to get to know you
